At Motorola we believe strongly in the development of the future technical wizards of the world, technical wizards that we hope will end up working for us. In fact we have an entire program and employees dedicated to supporting programs at universities all over the world.

Internship and Co-op programs in Engineering

How many times have you heard people complaining about not being able to get a job because they have no experience, and how are they going to get this experience when they can't get a job. Well, we understand this at Motorola, and therefore participate in co-op and internship programs with selected universities throughout Canada, to help students get hands on experience to complement their education. Internship and co-op students are treated as junior engineers. They have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most gifted telecommunications professionals around, on some very exciting projects. Many of our students choose Motorola for full time employment when they graduate. Graduating Students

Every year Motorola actively recruits talented engineering students to join our team upon graduation. We attend several university career fairs and interview on campus.
